Got great news in my email this morning from Amazon. Kenneth Branagh’s version of Hamlet will finally be out on DVD (it was supposed to be out in 2006) on August 14, 2007. Not only that, but it’s now available for pre-order. This version of Hamlet is the last VHS I own. Finally, VHS can go the way of the… really old stuff that’s disappeared. Like, you know, slap bracelets and leg warmers.
